Ribbon Not Found - Check Ribbon


Clients will typically encounter this issue when the ribbon has run out.




1. Go to the Printer Properties


2. Select the Service Tab and check your Ribbon Balance



Change the ribbon when the Ribbon Balance is '0'.

3.  Press the top cover open button on top of the printer





4. Inspect the ribbon to see which spool is empty



5. Install a new ribbon and check the ribbon balance
