Init Err: Error occurs when the Ribbon or Laminator film are not recognized or installed incorrectly.1. Open the ribbon cover
2. Take out the ribbon tray and inspect the film
3. Ensure the orange cleaning roller is properly placed and secure
4. Please make sure your ribbon film is correctly installed
Match the White Tag on the ribbon.
5. Place the Cards and Ribbon tray back in the printer and wait for the Ready Status
