Clear Card Jam
1. Make sure to clear the print jobs in the queue
2. Open the top cover and take out the ribbon

3. Locate the card and press the Left LED button to move the card towards the rear outlet
4. Please check the Card Gauge Lever and make sure its at 0.8 as default
5. Place the supplies back in and you can now print again
