Load Ribbon
1. Press the top cover open button on top of the printer
2. Peel off the protective wrapper around the cleaning roller on the ribbon cartridge
The cleaning roller will not work if the protective wrapper is not removed.3. Install the ribbon cartridge as shown below
4. Close the top cover
If the cover will not close, ensure the ribbon cartridge is properly installed.5. Please wait until the printer status is System Ready
