Update Evolis Firmware
You must confirm customer is on the latest Driver for compatibility.1. Navigate to myplace.evolis.com and locate your printer model
2. Under the Driver and Firmware tab download the latest firmware
- Please ensure under 'Information' it says 'Firmware'
3. Open the Evolis Print Center app
4. Double click on your printer
5. Click Maintenance from the left menu
6. Click Firmware update
7. Click Launch the update wizard
7. Click Browse to navigate to the firmware file you downloaded from Evolis > Select the .firm file
8. Click Next
9. Click Finish when the updates complete
10. Once the firmware updates, restart your printer by unplugging it, then waiting several seconds before plugging it in again.
