Please contact your IT Department to assist if you do not have Admin rights.
1. Navigate to the Evolis website, go to the Driver and Firmware tab

2. Look for Firmware and download the file with the .firm extension. Ensure under 'Information' it says 'Firmware'

3. Open the Evolis Print Center
4. Double click on your printer

5. Select Maintenance from the left menu

6. Select Firmware update

7. Click Launch the update wizard

8. Select Next then Browse to navigate to the firmware that was downloaded from Evolis. Select the .firm file

9. Click Next and wait for it to process

10. Click Finish when the update completes

11. Restart your printer by unplugging it, waiting several seconds, then plugging it in again
