Firmware Update

Please contact your IT department to complete these steps if you do not have Administrative rights on your workstation.

1. Download the latest printer driver/firmware from the Evolis website

2. Open Evolis Print Center by running it as an administrator 

If you do not have the application on your desktop, you can search for it in the Window's Search Bar

3. Double-click the Evolis Primacy printer

4. Click Maintenance from the left menu

5. Click Firmware update

6. Click Launch the update wizard

7. Click Browse to navigate to the firmware file you downloaded from Evolis > Select the .firm file

8. Click Next

9. Click Finish when the updates complete
