Packaging a Printer

The following images are of an Evolis Altess.

Materials Needed:
 
    1. Original Equipment Manufacturer's printer box with top and bottom foam pad inserts 
    2. Outer corrugated box (Specific dimensions noted per printer)

Evolis Altess/Primacy: 20x12x16
CIX900: 20x12x12
Matica XID 8300/8600: Submit a request to receive a special corrugated box with foam pad inserts

DO NOT ship the printer without the original equipment manufacturer's printer box and foam pad inserts. 

Clients must ensure printer is securely packaged before shipping printer to our warehouse. 

All mispackaged printer will be rejected and returned upon arrival. 

We can ship outer and printer boxes at an additional cost if you need replacement packages.

1. Place the printer's bottom foam pad insert inside the original equipment manufacturer's printer box 

2. Securely align and place the printer on the foam pad insert

The printer should fit perfectly snug on the foam pad insert.

3. Place the printer's top foam pad insert on top of the printer

The printer should fit perfectly snug on the foam pad insert.

4. Securely close the box with the green discard label facing up

5. Place the printer box in the outer corrugated box
