Clients with Managed Services agreements may return the printer's printhead to CI Solutions warehouse. Clients will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return.

Remove Printhead

1. Open the top cover of the CIX900 printer and locate the printhead

2. Push down on the printhead's clip to release the printhead

3. Gently pull the connector out of the printer's socket

The printhead should be removed from the printer.

Package Printhead

1. Place the printhead in the bottom corner of the padded package

2. Apply the package's adhesive

3. Fold both ends of the package towards each other

4. Fold one end of the package over the other end

5. Fold the package in half

6. Securely tape the package

7. Place the secure package into a box > Apply the shipping label on the box

Dispose the printer once the printhead has been securely packaged and shipped to our warehouse
