If Evolis Print Center is displaying the Printer Name as "Evolis Elypso" the printer's mainboard can be the issue.
Power Cycle Printer
1. Unplug the printer's power cable from the outlet
The printer's power should be completely off.2. Open the printer's top cover
3. Remove the printer's ribbon
4. Locate the grey tab on the printer's left side > Pull the grey tab
The printer's left side panel should open.
5. Gently unplug the beige horizontal shape multi-pin connector from the printer's mainboard
6. Gently plug the horizontal shape multi-pin connector back to the printer's motherboard
7. Plug the printer's power cable to the outlet
8. Open Evolis Print Center
