Adjust the Card Gauge
We recommend adjusting the gauge between 30-35 mil to prevent card jams.1. Open the top cover of the printer
2. Slide the card gauge to set between 30-35 mil
Card Handling
1. Move the cards back and forth to allow the cards to separate from another to make sure none are sticking to one another
Moving cards back and forth helps discharge any static charge that may have built up around the cards.

2. Reinsert them back into the printer
Avoid touching the front and back of the cards while reinserting to prevent any contaminates on the card.
