If Evolis Print Center is displaying the Printer Name as "Evolis Elypso" the printer's mainboard could be having an issue.
Power Cycle Printer
1. Unplug the printer's power cable from the outlet
The printer's power should be completely off.2. Open the printer's top cover
3. Remove the printer's ribbon
4. Locate the grey tab on the printer's left side > Pull up on the grey tab
The printer's left side panel should open.
5. Gently unplug the beige horizontal multi-pin connector
6. Gently plug the horizontal shape multi-pin connector back in
7. Close the left panel, replace the ribbon, close the top cover, and plug the printer in again
8. Open Evolis Print Center
