Card Feed Issue
1. Open the front cover and ensure the card gauge is set at 0.8
2. Open the top cover and remove the ribbon cartridge

3. Ensure the orange roller is inserted and secure by pushing the ends to the bracket
4. Place the ribbon cartridge back in the printer
5. Close the cover and wait for the "System Ready" status to display on the LCD screen
When printer displays "System Ready", printer is ready to print.Was this article helpful?
