Card Feed Issue

1. Open the front cover and ensure the card gauge is set at 0.8

2. Open the top cover and remove the ribbon cartridge

3. Ensure no cards are stuck inside the printer. If there is, locate the card and press the Left LED button to move the card towards the rear outlet

4. Ensure the orange roller is inserted securely in the mount. Press the front left and right buttons to roll it back and forth. Ensure roller stays in the mount

• If roller is loose, secure by pushing the ends into the bracket

5. Place the ribbon cartridge back in the printer

6. Close the cover and wait for the "System Ready" status to display on the LCD screen

When printer displays "System Ready", printer is ready to print.
