If you are seeing any error code son the top left corner on a web page, here is a list of codes and reason why you are seeing it.

Error 400 Codes

Error 401: Unable to access this page. Please log out and try again.

Error 403: The user is trying to access a restricted area of Badge.

Error 404: The server was unable to find what was requested.

Error 405: Method not allowed.

Error 429: This error is experienced when a user clicks the same button 30 times in short succession. The user is then locked from using the application for 60 seconds.

Error 500 Codes

Error 500: Internal server error.
