If you are seeing an error code on your webpage, here is a list of codes and their meanings. Error 400 Codes
Error 401: Unable to access this page. Please log out and try again.
Error 403: The user is trying to access a restricted area of Badge.
Error 404: The server was unable to find what was requested.
Error 405: Method not allowed.
Error 429: This error is experienced when a user clicks the same button 30 times in short succession. The user is then locked from using the application for 60 seconds.
Error 500 Codes
Error 500: Internal server error.
What Should I Do?
General Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Use Chrome. If Chrome is not working, try Edge
2. Update your browser by restarting it. Close all tabs and re open it. Your browser should update automatically. More information here:

3. Clear the cache on your device: Browser: Clear Cache
4. Restart your device
5. If the errors continue, submit a helpdesk ticket here
