ID Print: The port could not be opened

If the message "The port could not be opened" displays, this means you have an existing tab and/or window open that is connected to the TWN4 Port.



Close Browser Tab/Window

1. Navigate and find any Badge tabs and windows with the following icon


2. Close the tab/window


3. Navigate back to the latest Badge tab/window 


4. Refresh the page
