Printer is Offline - Solution
1. Make sure to clear all jobs in the queue and restart your computer
2. Check the back of the printer and make sure the 24V power and USB are connected
Ensure the power is on and the USB is connected to the USB port on the computer.3. Plug the USB cable to another USB port from your computer
4. Download and Install the latest CIX900 Driver
Request another Type-A USB cable from your local IT to swap cables.If the printer is still offline after the guide, submit a ticket here.
