Clear Card Jam

1. Turn off the printer

2. Remove the cards, ribbon film, and cleaning roller

3. Remove the Card Hopper cover

4. Locate the card jam inside the printer

5. Grab the tool as shown below and insert it to the metal shaft > Turn the tool counterclockwise

6. Make sure to use flat tweezers to grab the card

The card may melt if the card touches the orange roller.

7. Insert the cleaning roller > Close the front panel

8. Run a cleaning before proceeding to print

9. Load the ribbon film and cards into the printer

10. Print cards
