Calibrate the Printer

Ensure the ribbon is installed and there are no cards in the hopper.

1. Open Evolis Print Center

2. Double-click the Evolis Primacy printer

3. Click Maintenance on the left menu

4. Type "Sa" on the command line as shown below

5. Click Send

6. Open the ribbon cover and leave it open for 5 seconds

7. Close the cover

8. Until you hear a mechanical noise, insert 1 card in the hopper

9. Wait for the OK response after the printer re-calibrates

Printer should be calibrated and ready to print.
