Manually Set the Ribbon Type
1. Update your printer's firmware to 1955 or higher before proceeding.
Click here to learn how to update your firmware.2. Check the ribbon type from the side of the cartridge as shown below.
3. Open the Evolis Print Center and double-click on the Evolis Primacy printer
4. Click the arrow next to Printing in the left menu
5. Click Ribbon
6. Check the box next to Select the ribbon type on the right side of the screen
7. Select your ribbon type from the drop-down menu
8. Click Apply and OK
