If you are seeing more than one TWN4 Ports on your lists, there can be various reasons such as plugin in a new printer and a new RFID encoder.
Reset Permissions
1. Click ENTER in the ID Print module
2. Click on the drop-down menu > Find the List Name (e.g., school, staff, district, office) you want to view > Select List
3. Select the Lock Icon next to your URL > Click X to remove each TWN4 serial port
- It is best to remove ALL TWN4 serial ports and to reestablish a new connection.
