ID Print: The ID preview/layout is not showing

If you are preparing to print an ID Card and cannot see the ID preview/layout, the issue can be that the image in the record is corrupted. A corrupted image is caused by a failed image import during manual import or via SFTP.

1. Replace the image file with the image file


If you look at your image file memory and it is 0kb, this means the image is corrupted and need to be re-uploaded into your computer.

 

Re-try the steps below to check if the image has correctly been uploaded. 


If the image is not corrupted and you are still not seeing the layout (displaying white screen), the issue can be that the print settings is set to one side instead of both.


Click here to set print settings to "Both sides".
