If you are printing a blank card after every printed ID card, your printer settings are set to print each side separately. 

If card printer has already printed a blank card, the cards cannot be reused and must be discarded.

Print Both Sides

1. Click ENTER in the ID Print module

2. Click on the drop-down menu > Find the List Name (e.g., school, staff, district, office) you want to view > Select List

3. Find the record you want to print > Click Print

A PDF preview window will open with printer settings.

4. Click More Settings

5. Uncheck the box next to Print on Both Sides OR select Print on One Side

The card printer should only print one side now.

6. Click Print
