Adjust the Card Gauge
We recommend setting the gauge between 30-35 mil to prevent card jams.1. Open the front cover of the printer
2. Slide the card gauge to set between 30-35 mil
Card Handling
1. Fan the cards back and forth to allow the cards to separate from each other and ensure none are sticking together
Moving cards back and forth helps discharge any static charge that may have built up around the cards.

2. Reinsert them back into the printer
Avoid touching the front and back of the cards while reinserting to prevent any oilson the card.
