Badge Owners have the authorization to delete Badge Operator. CI Solutions does not have the authority to add Badge Operator to account.

Delete Badge User

If you are unsure who are the Badge Owners, contact us or your team members for account information.

Gif tutorial deleting a Badge User

1. Click Users on the left side navigation bar

2. Find the User you want to delete > Click on the checkbox next to the User's name

Badge User's entire row should be highlighted in red.

3. Click on the trash bin icon above the list to delete

The User will immediately delete off the list.

4. Confirm you want to delete the User and click Continue
