Printer Offline
You can download the latest driver and firmware from the Evolis Website1. Open up the print queue and clear all the jobs and restart the computer
2. Please make sure the power is on and USB cables is connected from the printer to the computer
3. Open the Evolis Print Center app to check the status of the printer
If printer is still offline, try plugging the printer to another USB port on your computer. Was this article helpful?
