Load Ribbon
1. Open the top cover by pressing the button on top of the printer
2. Place the ribbon as shown below
The front of the ribbon has small handles to help while loading the ribbon, seen below
3. Close the top cover, and give the printer a moment to process
The Altess will make some noises as it detects the ribbon
