If you are having an issue deleting records in Badge and utilize SFTP, the issue can be that you may have deleted the record off of your third-party database and not directly in Badge. The other issue is that you may have deleted the record in Badge but did not delete the record outside of Badge.
1. Ensure the record is deleted from Badge and all connected third-party database
