If you are having trouble creating IDs for students, the issue could be that student already exists. The student also might be in a campus that you do not have access to view.

- If a student is transferring to a new campus, the student's record must display the new campus before you can access their ID.
- If after a day the student isn't assigned to the correct campus, contact your Badge Owner to update Badge's records.
