If you are having trouble creating IDs for students, the issue can be from that the student already exists and their record (e.g., grade and campus) is outdated. The student also might be in a campus that you do not have access to view.
- e.g., If a student is transferring to a new campus, the student's record must display the new campus before you can create the new ID.
- If you are a Badge User and do not have access to other campuses, contact your Badge Owner to change campuses.
