Set Waiting Option to 3 Seconds
1. Click ENTER in the ID Print module
2. Click on the drop-down menu > Find the List Name (e.g., school, staff, district, office) you want to view > Select List
3. Confirm the printer and computer are connected
You should see the Connected to Hardware label next to the list.
4. Find the record you want to print > Click Select
Ensure the information in record is accurate.
A layout preview should appear at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select the correct layout if the current layout is not correct
7. Insert the RFID card at the back of the printer and wait until you hear a beep sound to remove
8. Confirm if the UID text field has been automatically populate with a set of numbers and letters
9. Navigate to the computer's Control Panel > Click View Device and Printers
10. Rick-click the card printer > Printer properties
11. Click Advanced > Click Printing Defaults
12. Under the Layout tab, click Advanced...
13. Scroll and find Wait Option > Set Wait Time to 3
