Install the Evolis Print Center

You will likely need Admin credentials to install software on the computer. 

Contact your IT department if necessary.

1. Navigate to the Evolis website

        note: Primacy and Altess use the same driver, don't worry if you see 'Primacy' on the website

2. Go the Driver & Firmware tab

3. Navigate to the Windows section. Click on the Setup_Evolis_Premium_Suite.exe to access the installer

4. Click Download

5. Open the folder containing the driver 

The file should be in your Downloads folder

6. Right-click the Setup_Evolis_Premium_Suite application

7. Select Run as administrator

8. Go through the installation, following the prompts below, Set the language and select 'Next' 

9. Restart your computer

The Evolis Print Center should appear on your desktop
