Install the Evolis Print Center
You must have Admin credentials to install software on the computer.
Contact your IT department if necessary.1. Navigate to the Evolis website
2. Under the Driver and Firmware tab, select the driver based on your operating system
3. Click on Evolis Printer Driver pkg to download
4. Open the folder containing the driver
The file should be in your Downloads folder.5. Open the installation package and go through the installation below
8. Remove the driver to Trash
9. Connect the USB from the Macbook to the printer
10. Select Printers & Scanners
The printer name should populate under the Printers & Scanners11. Navigate to Badge and begin a test print on an ID Card by selecting Evolis Altess as the printer destination
12. Click More Settings > Select System Dialog Icon
13. Adjust print settings such as card size and ribbon features shown below
14. Save the settings as a preset and print
