Evolis Primacy: Print Both Sides of ID Card

Enable Duplex mode into your Primacy Printer to ensure ID Cards are being printed in both sides.

Ensure the flipper component is installed in your card printer.

Print Both Sides of ID Card

1. Open the Evolis Print Center app > Right-click on your printer > Properties > Ribbon

2. Select Enable for Duplex Mode under Front side and Back side settings

If you are not able to select Duplex Mode under the settings, the flipper component is not installed in your printer. 

Consult with your CI Solution's Project Manager if you want to add the flipper component.

3. Click Apply > Click OK

Printer should print ID Card on both sides.
