Badge Owners have the authorization to enable multifactor authentication (MFA). 

If you are unsure who are the Badge Owners, contact us or your team members for account information.

1. Click Users on the left side navigation bar

2. Above the search bar, toggle Enable MFA to activate MFA

A window will pop up explaining the security features and log in process moving forward.

3. Click Yes, Continue

MFA Login Process

Once MFA has been enabled, Owners and Users logging in must submit their phone number to login moving forward. 

Users will be prompted to submit their phone number if it is their first-time logging in. 

Once they submit their phone number once, they will only be prompted to enter the code sent to their phone. 

1. Enter phone number after you log in Badge

2. Click Send Code

A code will be sent as text to the phone number submitted.

3. Enter the provided code > Click Submit

You should now be logged into Badge and see the dashboard.
