Resolve "Status Disabled"
1. Double click on Evolis Print Center
2. Double click the printer that has Status Disabled
3. The Properties window will open. On the left, select Maintenance in the properties window
4. In the command box, type in "Pps;1"
5. Uncheck Direct communication
6. Click Send
7. Restart the printer unplugging both cords from the back of the printer, waiting several seconds, then plugging them in again
8. Once the printer has finished restarting, the status should be Ready.
