Download and Install Driver

1. Click HERE to access the driver. Select Download and download the entire SOLID510_2024_02_16.zip folder

2. The driver will be downloaded as a ZIP file. Extract / unzip this file. 

3. Open the extracted folder. Double-click on the DDInstall.exe Application to initiate the installation

        3a. Make sure the printer is unplugged before running the install

4. Follow the installation process selecting Next until prompted to connect the printer. 

5.  You will be prompted with a Windows Security warning. Ensure you select the box to trust the software and click Install

6. Turn on the printer, connect the USB to the computer, then click Next

7. Restart your computer after the installation is completed

8. After restarting the computer, your printer should now be available in your Devices and Printers

Note: the printer may be named 'IDP Solid 510' or CIX900, both are the same printer just named differently
