Clean Printer
Ensure the printer is cooled down before cleaning. The printer will not clean if it is too hot. Allow up to 30 minutes for the printer to cool down after use.
1. Remove the ribbon and card cartridge from the printer
2. Select Menu > Maintenance > Cleaning > Roller from the LCD display
If you are getting a TOO HOT error, allow up to 30 minutes for the printer to cool down.3. Grab the cleaning card and peel the white film
4. Insert the cleaning card with the sticky side down and run it through 5-10 times
5. Flip the card and run the cleaning process again 5-10 times with the sticky side up
If your printer requires additional cleaning, you can use an additional cleaning card.6. Reinstall your printer supplies and restart the printer
