When installing a webcam to take pictures in Badge, it is recommended to plug the USB cable directly into the computer and not the printer. While the printer may work, the connection can be unstable causing delays in ID prints.
Install Webcam
1. Plug the webcam's USB cable directly into a USB slot in the computer
