Unable to Import Records Error



If you are seeing "Unable to Input Records" errors on your Badge Dashboard, a potential problem can be that the CSV file was not properly mapped into Badge.

For instance, if you have a nameless header and there are values int he column, you will get the error. This can be caused by the data not properly formulating in the correct columns in the dataset. Values shifting to the neighboring columns creating mismatches from the original csv file and creating an extra and nameless column with values.


Remove Extra Columns and Values

1. Open your imported CSV file


2. Expand every column


3. Look for deformities in the dataset like extra values in nameless columns 


4. Remove values in nameless columns
