In Secure Share, Badge Users can review a record's print and change log.
You must be a Badge Owner or have been given permission as a Badge Operator to access Secure Share and edit records.
You can also review the print and change logs in ID Print.
Click here to Reports if you want a complete history of a record.
Print Log
Clients can review a record's print history by navigating to the print log. The date/time, campus, user, and print layout will be provided when accessing the log.
Change Log
Clients can review a record's update history by navigating to the change log. The date/time, updated column, updated column value, and previous column value will be provided when accessing the log.

1. Click ENTER in the Secure Share module
2. Find the List Name (e.g., school, staff, district, office) you want to view > Click VIEW
3. Find the record you want to edit > Click EDIT
- The record's information will open on the right side where you can edit information.
4. Click LOGS
- The Print and Change Log will pop up in screen.
5. Click on either Change Log or Print Log to review history
