In Secure Share, Badge Owners can manually create a new list (e.g., ID and Campus) You must have the title Owner or have Operator permission to manually import data into Badge.
When you create a new List in Badge, you are only limited to an ID and Campus column.

Create a New List

1. Click ENTER in the Secure Share module
2. On the right side above the List > Click CREATE
- You will be redirected to the Create List page.
3. Enter a List Name (e.g., Students, Staff, Associates)
4. Assign List Name by selecting campuses
5. Click SAVE
- The new List should populate in Secure Share.
