Review Batch Print Job

Once Batch Print begins to run, a blue printer icon will appear on the bottom right corner with a count of total cards being printed for the print job

1. Click on the blue printer icon

2. View the Batch Print job and status of each card

WARNING: The button CANCEL BATCH PRINT may result in print and enroll errors dependent on the physical card printing process and should be taken with precaution.

It is crucial to check every Batch Print Job email sent to clients to ensure ID Cards, Badge, and any third-party SIS match.

e.g., There can be cases where a Batch Print job is cancelled while a card is in the process of printing and can fail to enroll a RFID value in the uid. While the card completed printing, the enrollment process may have cancelled, resulting in an ID card without an uid value.
