In Secure Share, Badge Owners/Operators can manually sync files on the server to ensure list and record information are up to date.
You must have the title Owner or Operator permission to manually sync files in Badge.

1. Click ENTER in the Secure Share module
2. Find the List Name (e.g., school, staff, district, office) you want to view > Click VIEW
3. At the top of the page, on the far right-hand side of List Name and Campuses > Click DATA
4. On the top right corner above the import box, click SYNC NOW
