New & Improved

Device Manager UI and UX improvements

Device Manager is currently available only to select partners participating in the CR-One pilot program. These updates apply to organizations using CR-One and Device Manager; other Badge users are not affected.

• Device Manager now provides a more flexible and informative reader management experience, with improved visibility, export capabilities, and streamlined workflows.
  • Added a Last Seen column to reader tables.
  • Added reader export, which creates a CSV report containing visible reader data such as serial number, status, location, group, asset, and last-seen information.
  • Reader heartbeat timestamps now include the user’s time zone, with location details where available.
  • Improved common workflows by preserving the selected location or campus after refresh, supporting text entry in reader list controls, adding a tap-events refresh action, and highlighting newly loaded rows.
  • Added Dark Mode support for Device Manager.
  • When moving readers across clients, users can quickly navigate between clients through the confirmation message.

Stability & Reliability

• Fixed an issue where deleting a campus with no records could fail.
