New & Improved

Improved Device Manager installer flow

A new Configuring step was added to the Device Manager installer flow between validation steps so users get clearer feedback that the reader configuration was successfully updated before moving forward. This is part of CI Solutions' pilot program of the new CR-One, only clients part of this program will receive Device Manager product updates.

Stability & Reliability

• Added data trimming when creating users so email addresses no longer retain leading or trailing whitespace.
• Changed the Print Service API V4 alert on the New ID Print page from a warning to an informational message for clearer guidance.
• When switching an output image list connection from manual to all, Badge now resets the timestamp so the next run includes the full expected set of images in the output file.
