ID Print (BETA) Hardware and Software Requirements

This document outlines the hardware and software requirements necessary for the new ID Print(BETA), which is compatible only with the Windows operating system. 

MacOS is not supported with ID Print (BETA)

Operating System Requirements

• Windows Desktop: Windows 10

• Windows Server:

  • 2016

  • 2019

  • 2022

  • Or 23H2 (64-bit only)

System Specifications

• Memory: 8GB

• Disk Space: 5GB

Printer Requirements

• Supported Printers:

  • CIX900

  • Evolis Altess

Printer Drivers

Ensure you have the correct printer drivers installed for both supported printers:

• Click here to install the CIX900 driver
• Click here to install the Evolis Altess driver

Additional Software Requirements

• BIX File: Required for proper card encoding and printing.

• Print Service: Ensure that the print service is installed to enable ID Print(BETA).
