Clients are able to reset password if they have forgotten their password.
- If you are using a shared account, ensure you update your team members the new password.

1. In the login page, click Forgot Password?
- Click here to reset password.
2. Enter your Badge account's email address
3. Click Submit
- Check your email including spam folders from Badge and CI Solutions. Allow up to ten minutes to receive the email.
4. In the email, click on the link to reset your password
5. Create a new password

[Resolved Issue] "The given data was invalid" when creating a new password
If you are getting an error "The given data was invalid" when prompted to create a new password, the issue comes from the password reset link expiring.
Password reset links often have a limited time frame to reset before becoming invalid.
Another reason for a link expiring is if you requested to reset password more than once. Any emails prior to the latest password reset email will expire and become invalid.
To resolve the issue, follow the steps to reset your password again.
- Ensure you only reset your password only once.
