Install TCP/IP Driver - DHCP

Click here to download and install the CIX900 driver before connecting your driver.

1. Access your CIX900_6_27_23.zip folder and double-click on DDInstall.exe to initiate the installation.

2. Go ahead and follow through the installation process until you need to connect the printer

3. You will be prompted with a Windows Security warning. Ensure you select the box and click Install

4. Power up the printer and connect the printer to the RJ-45 or Ethernet cable

5. Select TCP/IP Network Port and select the printer and click OK

6. Click Next to proceed with the installation

7. Restart your computer after the installation is completed

8. After restarting the computer, your printer should now be available in your Devices and Printers
