Your Traversa API will be set up by your Project Manager.
Test the Connection:
1. Select Connections from the top menu

2. Locate the Traversa API connection and select Edit

3. Select Test to test the connection

4. A notification will appear in the bottom left of your screen

If the test fails, please submit a ticket
Common Errors:
A012 Tyler Onboard - Failed to Connect
A013 Tyler Onboard - Student Not Found
A015 Tyler Onboard - Generic Error
The most common error is 'Student Not Found'
If you are receiving errors when printing, please submit a ticket
I am receiving a 'Student Not Found' Error
A 'Student Not Found' Error indicates the student is not enrolled in Traversa. If the student is not in Traversa, Badge cannot send that record over.
Ensure the record is in Traversa before printing the card.
Traversa Configuration
1. Sign in to Traversa
2. Search for the record. If it is not there, add the record into the default term.
3. Ensure the record status is Active
