Badge v1.82.0 is the latest version publicly released on 09/11/2025. The release notes will cover new features, feature enhancements, resolved known issues, and known issues that clients commonly face in Badge. 

Clients will always have the latest version of Badge through automated updates.

• Single Record Logs
  Updated the user interface for viewing print and change logs to provide a cleaner, more modern experience.

• Secure Share Logs
  Refreshed the logs view for Secure Share lists with the new interface.

• Secure Share List View
  Redesigned the Secure Share list and edit views for improved usability.

• Admin Clients
  Added the ability to search for clients by their ID.

• Student ID Handling
  Leading zeros are now automatically removed from student IDs.

Enhancements

• ID Print 2
  Lists in the dropdown selector are now alphabetized.

• Print Log Table
  “Reason Code” is only shown if that column exists in the printed record.

Resolved Issues

  Fixed an issue where the printer status icon did not always appear after starting a job.

  Resolved an error that occurred when selecting a record from a new list without custom fields.

  Corrected an issue where duplicate images were generated (e.g., 1001001.jpg and 1001001.JPG).

  Fixed an issue where record fields with the value “Na” (such as a last name) were saved as blank
