Badge v1.81.0 is the latest version publicly released on 08/28/2025. The release notes will cover new features, feature enhancements, resolved known issues, and known issues that clients commonly face in Badge. 

Clients will always have the latest version of Badge through automated updates.

• Connections Create and Edit: Refreshed user interface for a smoother experience.
• Batch Print and IDP2:
  • Added a check to confirm the correct BIX driver is installed before printing.
  • Added support for the DYMO LabelWriter 450 printer.

Enhancements

• Login: Improved reCAPTCHA to reduce false negatives during sign-in.
• File Uploads: File type filters now show unsupported file types in the file explorer, making it clear what cannot be uploaded.
• List Connections: Imports will no longer fail if no required fields are mapped.
• Secure Share: Clearer error messages when trying to create a column with a reserved name.
• Client Layouts Edit: Disclosure groups are now collapsed by default when the page loads.
• Admin and Client Users: Skeleton loaders added to form fields for better visual feedback while data loads.

Resolved Known Issues

• IDP2: Corrected typo in error messages when canceling a print job.
• Print and Change Log: Fixed issue preventing users from moving between pages in the table.
• Campuses: Fixed issue where campuses cleared out when filters were submitted using the “X” button.
• Batch Print: Addressed errors that stopped some jobs from completing or being canceled.
