Reports - Print and Media
- Clients can now generate a comprehensive Printer and Media Report.
Generate Print Media Report
1. Log in to Badge
2. Click REPORTS on the left side navigation bar
3. Select Printer & Media
4. Enter Printer Serial #
5. Click RUN
6. See generated report
Printer Serial Number | Selected Printer Serial Number |
Ribbon Remaining | The # of available ribbons |
Ribbon Total | The total # of ribbons in a set |
Printer Ribbon Type | Ribbon Color Type |
Cards Printed | The # of cards the printer printed |
Last Cleaning Count | Total # of cards printed without a cleaning |
Skip Cleaning Count | # of times the printer skipped cleaning |
Timestamp | Last timestamp the printer was used to print |
